Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement, inventory rotation, and warehouse space utilization.
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, export, finance, and QC departments.
- Manage transportation and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct stock checks and investigate discrepancies or damages.
- Monitor storage conditions, pest control, and product quality.
- Minimize stock loss, spoilage, and operational risks.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Maintain warehouse records, reports, and dispatch documentation.
- Implement warehouse security and fire safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Experience in rice mill, agricultural commodities, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 + Yearly Bonus + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
