Job Descriptions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned products, including its features, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to the products.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
- Provide training to internal teams, including sales, support, and marketing, on product features, benefits, and positioning.
- Serve as a point of contact for products, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement.
- Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product quality and stability.
- Availability to work outside of standard work hours when needed.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial industry or related field (preferable as Loan Supervisor (or) Assistant).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Email (Business Format).
- Understanding of financial planning concepts, sales principles and customer service practices.
- Can travel local & oversee.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 800,000+
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
