Job Descriptions
- Conduct product training for sales teams, promoters, dealers, and retail staff on mobile phones and AIOT products
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, activities, and offers.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, demo guides, and FAQs according to new product launches and market changes
- Train promoters and sales staff on current promotions, bundles, schemes, and special offers
- Motivate promoters through training, recognition, and performance improvement plans.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have interest in Training and Coaching.
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile phone, product training, sales or promoter management.
- Good in English 4 skills (at least conversation level) and Microsoft office.
- Good Communication skills, good personality ang good team work skills.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000 + Allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
