Job Descriptions

• Lead, manage, and assign daily tasks to Tour Operation Coordinators to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee and double-check all (hotel bookings, transportation, and guide assignments) handled by the team to prevent errors.
• Design attractive tour packages, calculate accurate costing, and set competitive pricing.
• Pitch itineraries directly to VIP clients and key B2C agents to drive sales and business growth.
• Travel with tour groups as the Tour Leader/Escort, ensuring smooth itinerary execution and high customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Tourism-related degrees or diplomas are highly preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Travel & Tour Sales, Operations, or Tour Leading.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide junior staff.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and everyday digital office tools.
• Must be physically fit, well-groomed, and fully prepared for frequent travel.

Other Information

• Salary: Up to MMK 1,500,000 (Salary + Sales Incentive + KPI Bonus+ Tour Leader Fees)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
