Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track tender announcements from government and private sectors
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tender documents (RFP, RFQ, ITT, etc.)
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Management teams for tender preparation
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted before deadlines
- Communicate with clients and tender authorities for clarifications and requirements
- Maintain tender documentation and track tender status and results
- Assist in preparing LOA, contracts, and project handover to Operations & Finance
- Supervise and support tender team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with tender regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E – EC preferred) or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in tender/bid management
- Proven experience in tender documentation, submission, and coordination
- Experience in leading or supervising a tender team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Information
- Salary: Attractive Salary Package + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
