Tender Assistant Manager (For a Well-Established IT Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track tender announcements from government and private sectors
  • Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tender documents (RFP, RFQ, ITT, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Management teams for tender preparation
  • Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted before deadlines
  • Communicate with clients and tender authorities for clarifications and requirements
  • Maintain tender documentation and track tender status and results
  • Assist in preparing LOA, contracts, and project handover to Operations & Finance
  • Supervise and support tender team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with tender regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E – EC preferred) or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in tender/bid management
  • Proven experience in tender documentation, submission, and coordination
  • Experience in leading or supervising a tender team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Information

  • Salary: Attractive Salary Package + Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
