Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring for business needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and provide effective recruitment solutions while monitoring hiring progress.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Lead and support Talent Acquisition activities to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques in Myanmar.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

- Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mayangon Township, Yangon.
