Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Oracle Linux) and Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and application-related issues.
- Support virtualization platforms, server infrastructure, storage, and networking systems.
- Monitor system performance using tools such as Zabbix and optimize infrastructure availability.
- Perform system backups, security patching, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and SOPs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and secure IT operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in System Administration or NOC.
- Strong Linux administration and CLI knowledge.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, and firewall configuration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and basic scripting.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good English communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Other Information
- Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
