Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with the architectural design team to ensure the feasibility of the design solutions.
- Independently complete structural modeling and calculations （Steel structure + RC. Structure), and assess the accuracy and completeness of the calculation results.
- Prepare structural design drawings and technical documents.
- Preliminary design phase: Draw preliminary scheme drawings, including foundation plans, column & beam layout plans, and bracing layout plans.
- Construction drawing design phase: Produce complete drawings that meet on-site requirements, including foundation plans, structural layout plans, connection detail drawings, etc., and compile structural calculation reports that meet government approval requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E) Civil.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Structural Designer in steel structures.
- Proficient in specialized software for design such as ETAB, SAFE, Staad-Pro, and AUTOCAD.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Myanmar design code (MNBC)
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Lunch & Dormitory Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
