Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Review and interpret construction and shop drawings, resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Oversee the fabrication, installation, and finishing of modern furniture and interior fit-out works.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and costs to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage site resources, enforce safety standards, and maintain accurate progress reports and site documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior decoration, fit-out works, and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical and shop drawings.
- Hands-on experience in modern furniture fabrication, installation, and interior finishing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and time-management skills, with good knowledge of site safety regulations and construction procedures.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 ~ 1,400,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday(8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
