Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in RC building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction/structural drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, site measurement, quantity take-off, surveying, quality control, HSE, and construction codes.
- Experienced in concrete works, formwork, rebar works, and inspection procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (basic–intermediate) and MS Excel & Word, with knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).
- Capable of site supervision, progress monitoring, daily reporting, material control, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, and ability to work under pressure while ensuring safety and quality compliance
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day) (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Nay Pyi Taw.
