Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the company’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Management System.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar SHE regulations and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Manage occupational health and environmental programs.
- Lead emergency preparedness, drills and response activities.
- Develop SHE training programs and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor SHE KPIs, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide SHE guidance to management, employees and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of SHE experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar HSE regulations and OSHA standards.
- Experience with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
- Manufacturing/Factory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,500,000 + Ferry Provided + Lunch + Allowances
- Working days: Monday to Friday (8:00AM ~ 5:30PM)
- Off days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
