Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for aquaculture products.
- Lead the establishment and expansion of the aquaculture business as the company is newly entering this sector.
- Identify potential markets, distributors, and key customers.
- Build and develop a strong sales network and customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
- Work closely with management to define business direction and growth strategy.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team as the business expands.
- Organize technical seminars, farm visits, and promotional activities to support market development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aquaculture, aquafeed, or related industry.
- Proven experience in business development and market establishment is highly preferred.
- Strong industry network with distributors, farmers, or aquaculture stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
