Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved RAMS and permits.
- Ensure proper PPE compliance, access control, and safe work practices.
- Assist in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and worker safety induction programs.
- Coordinate with main contractor safety team for corrective action follow-up.
- Maintain safety documentation including inspection records, reports, and statistics.
- Support emergency drills and preparedness planning.
- Assist Safety Manager in audits, reporting, and incident investigation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior HSE/Safety role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident prevention practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
