Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants & design teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements & materials.
• Monitor QA/QC, safety, project progress & manpower.
• Prepare progress reports and support project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years construction supervision experience.
• High-rise residential & mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Strong technical & site coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
• Good communication & problem-solving skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,000,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
