Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction and interior design projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, site measurements, and cost calculations for various project works.
- Prepare and manage BOQs, procurement schedules, contracts, and cost-related documents.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to review material quantities, specifications, and project costs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, verify quantities, and check contractor and supplier payments.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost risks, recommend cost-saving solutions, and prepare project handover documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract Administration.
- Experienced in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimation.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, contract procedures, and QS methods.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D/3D), and specialized QS software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 ~ 1,400,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
