Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5–10 years of QS experience, preferably in facade projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, estimation, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
