Requirements
- Any graduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefit).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR operations.
- Able to communicate with English.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Drive
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 + Transportation Allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:15 AM to 5:15 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
