Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and banking relationships to maintain financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial control policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage financial risks, support senior management decisions, and lead the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, and risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, analytical, and financial planning skills.
Other Information
- Salary: Attractive Salary Package + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
