Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational customer relationship activities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and of partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
  • Develop a business plan & suitable coop marketing activities campaign for each customer
  • Plan customers’ product mix to match with brand strategy and market demand
  • Manage channel partners’ healthy inventory
  • Identify new opportunities of acquiring channel partners and developing new customers
  • Monitor overall market with Product/Pricing/Promotion surveying
  • Proactively develop customer relationships

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 4 year experience in Channel Sales and a good understanding of ICT consumer market is a plus
  • Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
  • Advanced motivational & negotiation skills with a high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Fluent in English

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 5,000,000 ~ 7,000,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Lanmadaw Township, Yangon.
