- Responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational customer relationship activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and of partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
- Develop a business plan & suitable coop marketing activities campaign for each customer
- Plan customers’ product mix to match with brand strategy and market demand
- Manage channel partners’ healthy inventory
- Identify new opportunities of acquiring channel partners and developing new customers
- Monitor overall market with Product/Pricing/Promotion surveying
- Proactively develop customer relationships
Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Minimum 4 year experience in Channel Sales and a good understanding of ICT consumer market is a plus
- Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
- Advanced motivational & negotiation skills with a high focus on customer satisfaction
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Fluent in English
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 5,000,000 ~ 7,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Lanmadaw Township, Yangon.
