Responsibilities
- Monitor service provider activities and ensure proper interactions with visitors, vendors, and employees.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspect security guards’ performance.
- Inspect fire hydrants, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, and other fire safety equipment regularly.
- Coordinate pest control activities to prevent termites, rodents, mosquitoes, snakes, and other pests.
- Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports when security incidents occur.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant training and experience in security and safety management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in security, safety, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, observation, problem-solving, and investigation skills.
- Ability to monitor service providers, coordinate safety activities, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000 + Lunch & Ferry Provided
- Working days: Monday to Friday (9:00AM ~ 5:00PM)
- Off days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa, Yangon.
