Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide guidance or coaching when needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and promotions
- Ensure store/showroom operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Any graduate
- Proven experience as a sales supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, honest, responsible, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)
- Can travel to abroad or regional areas
- Fluent in English
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 900,000 + Meal & Transportation Allowances + Incentive
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
