- Assist to strategize and plan sales growth by customer to enhance sales performance.
- Manage daily activities as per sales route and way plan for maximum efficiency.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong communication with the customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and preparing sales reports.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the teamโs performance.

- Bachelorโs degree (Any Graduate)
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Sales fields (Energy Drink and Purified Water) and (Within FMCG Industry is preferred).
- Can Drive & Must Have Driving License.
- Must be able to use Computer.
- Good Communication skills and must have teamwork spirit.
- Can work under pressure.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
