• Expand dealer networks and build strong, lasting relationships with key shop owners.
• Lead, motivate, and provide regular training to sales teams to drive performance.
• Analyze data to optimize inventory while ensuring premium in-store displays and counter-strategies.

Requirements

• Any graduate
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales Supervisor Position in FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must be able to travel.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,200,000 +
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Hlaing Tharyar Township Township, Yangon.
