Sales Supervisor (For a Foreign FMCG Manufacturing Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Establish sales strategies to achieve defined Sales Targets & KPIs, and lead the team effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to drive growth and report to upper management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales data and performance reports using MS Excel or specified systems to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide sales training to the team, keeping them motivated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management is preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales (FMCG background or Supervisor-level experience is highly preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data Analysis, Charts, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel or possess strong local territory knowledge (if required).

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000 + Insurance + Bonus + Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:15 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township; Yangon.
