Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Establish sales strategies to achieve defined Sales Targets & KPIs, and lead the team effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to drive growth and report to upper management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales data and performance reports using MS Excel or specified systems to management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Mentor, coach, and provide sales training to the team, keeping them motivated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales (FMCG background or Supervisor-level experience is highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data Analysis, Charts, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, motivational, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Willingness to travel or possess strong local territory knowledge (if required).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000 + Insurance + Bonus + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:15 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township; Yangon.
