Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and supervisors through regular visits.
• Manage and reconcile FOC product records with internal teams and distributors.
• Execute retail promotions and merchandising activities.
• Prepare sales and promotional performance reports.
• Forecast sales to support inventory planning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Retail, or Trade Marketing.
• Experience working with retailers and distributors.
• Knowledge of CRM, POS, and sales tracking systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Leadership experience managing retail sales teams or Beauty Advisors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Other Information

• Salary: Up to MMK 1,300,000
• Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: MICT Park, Hlaing Township, Yangon.
