Job Descriptions
- F2F Manager will be responsible for handling a branch office and an on-roll team of 20-30 Life Planning Officers (LPOs).
- Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning execution of LPOs.
- Motivate and coach the LPOs to sell life insurance and protect customers.
- Achieve assigned annual target of the team by driving LPOs effectively.
- Will be reporting to the Head or Cluster Manager – F2F Channel.
- Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution or Corporate owner.
- Strong passion to achieve target and Long-term perspective.
- Strong focus on processes and implementation and Training-oriented.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills in English & Local Language.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in Sales or Trainer as a Manager role.
- Good communication skill & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Incentives
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
