- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new customers in local and international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve team KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and developing B2B business.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 (Negotiation) + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
