Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new customers in local and international markets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve team KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team and developing B2B business.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 2,500,000 (Negotiation) + Other Allowances
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
