Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and individuals interested in IT training and software solutions.
- Understand client business processes and recommend software solution or training packages to improve their efficiency.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and active field/online engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in IT, Software, or Education sectors is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners.
- Basic understanding of ERP software (like Odoo) and modern IT trends.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + High-Performance Commissions
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
