Sales Executive (For a Well-Established IT Consulting Services Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and individuals interested in IT training and software solutions.
  • Understand client business processes and recommend software solution or training packages to improve their efficiency.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and active field/online engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in IT, Software, or Education sectors is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners.
  • Basic understanding of ERP software (like Odoo) and modern IT trends.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + High-Performance Commissions
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
