Key Responsibilities

• Visit a set number of retail outlets daily to take orders and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and strength rapport with existing customers while identifying new potential outlets.
• Check stock levels at retail points to prevent “Out-of-Stock” situations.
• Ensure timely payment collection from credit customers (if applicable).
• Report competitor prices, new product launches, and customer complaints to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG experience is a major plus).
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are often considered.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and basic mental arithmetic.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle or drive (and holds a valid license).

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 600,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
