Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business and manage key accounts within HORECA and supermarket channels.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in seafood, poultry, food distribution, or FMCG.
- Experience working with HORECA and supermarket customers.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Accommodation + Ferry & Meal Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Alternate, Sundays & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
