Sales Executive (For a Foreign Seafood Manufacturing Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business and manage key accounts within HORECA and supermarket channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in seafood, poultry, food distribution, or FMCG.
  • Experience working with HORECA and supermarket customers.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Accommodation + Ferry & Meal Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday Alternate, Sundays & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
