Sales Admin (For a Well-Established FMCG Trading Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor sales data to provide overall performance overviews.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Support the sales process by coordinating sales orders, delivery status, and documentation.
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to ensure accurate sales information and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to track product availability and delivery status.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to support invoice checking, sales reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales transactions and customer records.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or similar roles (FMCG distribution preferred).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and distribution operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000 + Allowance & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: East Dagon Township, Yangon.
