Sales Admin (For a Well-Established Construction Materials Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and official tax invoices accurately and on time.
  • Prepare delivery documents (DO, waybills) and coordinate with logistics/warehouse.
  • Support the sales team with sample requests and daily stock updates.
  • Handle customer issues related to deliveries or documentation.
  • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and showroom sample/display registers.
  • Manage daily opening/closing of the Mandalay Showroom and ensure displays and showroom conditions meet standards.
  • Follow up on pending customer payments and assist with collection.
  • Prepare daily cash/cheque collection reports and ensure timely bank deposits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales admin, showroom operation or office general affairs
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales/order processing systems.
  • Strong communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 800,000 + Other Allowances
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Chan Aye Thar Zan Township, Mandalay.
