Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the Project Safety Management Plan.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, client requirements, and project HSE standards.
- Lead safety meetings with Client PM Team, consultants, and main contractors.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate safety performance of main contractor and subcontractors.
- Lead incident investigations, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and ensure closure of NCRs.
- Provide safety guidance to project management team and ensure proactive risk control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in health & safety management (construction or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident prevention practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Information
- Salary: Attractive Salary Package + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
