Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and improve rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, fans, and blowers.
- Diagnose issues related to vibration, bearings, seals, alignment, lubrication, and equipment performance.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including equipment overhaul and repair activities.
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Train maintenance teams and coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and internal departments while ensuring safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Rotating Equipment, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance within Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Power Generation, or heavy industries.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead maintenance experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, generators, gearboxes, bearings, seals, alignment, and lubrication systems.
- Experience with vibration analysis, condition monitoring, CMMS, SAP PM, and reliability-based maintenance is preferred.
- Good English communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
