Job Descriptions
- Ensure full and correct POSM coverage (signage, posters, light boxes, demo tables, shelves, etc.) in assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor POSM installation quality, condition, and placement according to approved standards.
- Coordinate POSM deployment, replacement, and removal as required.
- Provide clear guidance and direction to regional teams, promoters, and merchandisers on standard display guidelines.
- Ensure all shops maintain brand-compliant display layouts, cleanliness, and visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to check and maintain shop displays.
- Work closely with regional teams to align on visibility standards and execution plans.
- Share market insights and recommendations to continuously improve visibility quality.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail visibility, POSM, merchandising, or field marketing.
- Good in English & skills (at least conversation level) and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, good personality and good team work skills.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000 + Allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
