Job Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and loyalty.
- Motivate the team to ensure high performance and strong morale.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Support health & safety compliance and loss prevention measures.
- Prepare timely sales and KPI reports for the Store Manager.
- Monitor performance trends and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Implement visual merchandising changes for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Balance commercial priorities with brand-centric aesthetics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (luxury/fashion brands preferred).
- Leadership and coaching mindset with team-building capability.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office).
- Fluent Burmese (native or professional).
- English proficiency preferred for brand communication and reporting.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,300,000 ~ 1,500,000 + Transportation & Phone Bill Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
