Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales (cash, card, mobile payments).
- Verify POS closing reports and Z-reports.
- Ensure cash drawer accuracy and safe deposit procedures.
- Oversee petty cash management and documentation.
- Prepare daily sales summary reports for Finance Manager and Retail Manager.
- Monitor stock movement and conduct reconciliation between POS system, physical inventory, and accounting records.
- Process boutique-related expenses (rent, utilities, maintenance).
- Monitor sales performance, discount impact, and margin tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
- Provide financial guidance to boutique operations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- LCCI Level 2 or 3 preferred.
- CPA / ACCA part-qualified advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail accounting.
- Experience in fashion / luxury retail preferred.
- Familiar with POS-integrated accounting systems.
- Strong Excel knowledge and Financial reporting capability.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 ~ 800,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
