Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site progress.
• Inspect works and ensure compliance with drawings & specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Monitor QA/QC, safety, inspections, and testing activities.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 years construction supervision experience.
• Residential & mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC & safety.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
• Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,500,000+ Ferry Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
