Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets an expand the company’s market share.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, an mentor Area Sales Manager (ASMs) and Medical Representative (MRs).
- KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs) and major institutional clients (hospitals and clinics).
- Market intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Distribution Management: Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to ensure product availability and optimize the supply chain within the region.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the regional sales budget, expenses and promotional activities. Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in M.B.B.S or B. Pharm, Medical Science or related field higher
- Degree in MBA, Sales or Management preferable
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven record in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of hospitals, clinics or retail channel in the assigned region
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Time: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
