Responsibilities
- Manage daily station and warehouse operations to ensure smooth parcel flow, accurate sorting, timely dispatch, and compliance with SOPs.
- Lead station teams, assign manpower effectively, monitor KPIs, and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
- Identify operational gaps, reduce errors, improve turnaround time, and implement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Manage operational resources and budgets while controlling costs and maintaining service quality.
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and coordinate with CS, Fleet, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and other teams.
- Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, ensure compliance, and identify and manage operational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong background in transport, fleet and warehouse management.
- Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple teams, and travel as needed.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,500,000 + Ferry provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Dagon Township, Yangon.
