Receptionist (For a Foreign Services Company)

Responsibilities

  • Answer the incoming calls, note messages, and welcome guests.
  • Arrange meeting room and helps the arrangement of events, refreshment and lunch for guests and officers.
  • Assist to Admin team with the office stock check and record regularly.
  • Data entry, administrative support to the senior, and prepare documents for the record
  • Report to Seniors for the job done
  • Cooperate and support other ad-hoc assignments from the manager and HOD.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or 1 year of experience in the related field
  • Good communication in English
  • Basic Computer Skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 400,000 + Allowances & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Thilawa Special Economic Zone.
