Receptionist (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Responsibilities

  • Register visitors’ inquiries and contact the relevant department or unit owner accordingly.
  • Respond to inquiries from visitors, members, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Collect service-related requests and forward them to the relevant departments.
  • Properly verify visitors and ensure their entry is for legitimate purposes.
  • Issue visitor cards/passes when required and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
  • Provide support for building maintenance, cleaning, and other related services.
  • Actively respond to fire incidents and emergency security situations.
  • Inform visitors of building rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience with receptionist or customer service role
  • Customer oriented and work with passion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient English and additional language skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 450,000
  • Working Day: 6 days per week
  • Off Day: One day off per week
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
