Responsibilities
- Register visitors’ inquiries and contact the relevant department or unit owner accordingly.
- Respond to inquiries from visitors, members, and customers in a professional manner.
- Collect service-related requests and forward them to the relevant departments.
- Properly verify visitors and ensure their entry is for legitimate purposes.
- Issue visitor cards/passes when required and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
- Provide support for building maintenance, cleaning, and other related services.
- Actively respond to fire incidents and emergency security situations.
- Inform visitors of building rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience with receptionist or customer service role
- Customer oriented and work with passion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient English and additional language skills
- Able to work rotating shifts
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 450,000
- Working Day: 6 days per week
- Off Day: One day off per week
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
