Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract documentation.
• Check and verify subcontractors’ claims and payments.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare Contract Documents and ensure all QS activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Must Proficient in English.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,000,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• Off Days: Sunday and Public Holidays
• Working Location: South Okalapa Township, Yangon.
