Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Calculate material and labour costs and prepare estimates and quotations.
• Review supplier quotations, measure completed works, and prepare progress claims and variations.
• Monitor project costs and coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and contractors.

Requirements

• Must possess a relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• Must have QS experience in interior decoration or construction projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and construction materials, with strong attention to detail.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,500,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
