• Quantity take-off & cost estimation, Including Structure works, architecture & structural strengthening
• Assist in estimating the cost of the steel structural building
• Assist in preparing contract documents, including Bill of Quantity, WO, etc.
• Inquiry for material rates and specifications
• Assist in the breakdown of the final claim and the financial statement

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree B.E. or B. Tech (Civil)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor Estimating
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Lunch & Dormitory Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
