Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Design, Structure, MEP, Procurement, and Site Operation teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, procurement, and material requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct project meetings, and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or MEP field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in interior decoration or construction.
• Strong leadership, team coordination & communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, project schedules, budgets and deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and project monitoring skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 2,500,000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
