Project Director (For a Leading Real Estate Developer)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects.
Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project success.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to meet project demands.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans.
Conduct regular quality reviews and audits of project deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale construction projects.
Experience managing projects involving foreign contractors or consulting firms is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
