Key Responsibilities
- Execute FDA regulatory processes- registration, renewal, changes.
- Request required documents from principal’s RA person and prepare for submission to Myanmar FDA.
- Follow up with FDA for submitted cases and update the record accordingly.
- Random visits to FDA for regulatory matters as needed.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and solutions; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Training process to new clients and internal sale team member.
- Perform the repairmen of minor products and regular visit to client for maintenance purposes.
- Customer complaint handling and trouble shooting.
Requirements
- Any medical related degree. (Prefer M.B.B.S)
- Driving License will be preferable.
- Must Travel as necessary ( Only to safe destination)
- Good communication skill
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
