Product Manager (For a Well-Established Pharmaceutical Distribution Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual brand strategy & marketing plan {segmentation, positioning. messaging}.
  • Lead launch planning {SKU/pack, pricing. trade programs) and S&OP/forecasting.
  • Create and localize detailing materials, digital assets, and CME contents Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns with Sales.
  • Manage KOL engagement and clinical education; gather insights to refine strategy.
  • Analyze sales, marketing and promotional activity data; track KPls and optimize ROI.
  • Conduct sales force training {product/therapy/objection handling}.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Supply Chain, Digital and Finance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical marketing {Product Executive, Brand Manager, Product Manager)
  • Experience in non-communicable disease is preferred.
  • Strong analysis & planning {Excel/PowerPoint, ERP and Power Bl is a plus}.
  • Excellent communication in Burmese &English

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Other Allowances
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate)
  • Working Time: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
