Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual brand strategy & marketing plan {segmentation, positioning. messaging}.
- Lead launch planning {SKU/pack, pricing. trade programs) and S&OP/forecasting.
- Create and localize detailing materials, digital assets, and CME contents Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns with Sales.
- Manage KOL engagement and clinical education; gather insights to refine strategy.
- Analyze sales, marketing and promotional activity data; track KPls and optimize ROI.
- Conduct sales force training {product/therapy/objection handling}.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Supply Chain, Digital and Finance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical marketing {Product Executive, Brand Manager, Product Manager)
- Experience in non-communicable disease is preferred.
- Strong analysis & planning {Excel/PowerPoint, ERP and Power Bl is a plus}.
- Excellent communication in Burmese &English
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Time: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
