Key Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies and ensure reliable supply
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers
• Monitor market trends, currency changes, and supply chain risks
• Oversee shipping and logistics, ensuring timely customs clearance
• Manage relationships with forwarders, agents, brokers, and authorities
• Coordinate with sales and production on export schedules
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and trade regulations
• Stay updated on customs rules, tariffs, and agreements
• Mitigate supply chain disruptions and risks
• Lead and manage procurement and logistics team
• Collaborate with finance on payments and cost control

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management preferred
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
• Prefer experience with international vendors and freight forwarders
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 2,500,000 (Allowances & Ferry Provided)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
